How much does landscape design cost?

Our concept designs start from $200 for a standard residential block and are credited against the build if you go ahead with us. Full detailed design packages in the Perth–Mandurah market typically range from $840 to $5,250, with around $2,100 typical for a complete new-home plan.

Do I own the design?

Yes. Once paid for, the plan is yours to build with us, with someone else, or in stages yourself.

Can you design to my estate's landscaping covenant?

Yes. Lakelands, Meadow Springs, Madora Bay, Baldivis and Golden Bay estates typically require front landscaping within a set period with minimum lawn, planting and sometimes tree requirements. We design to the covenant and the deadline.

What plants actually survive in Mandurah?

Coastal natives like coastal rosemary (Westringia), dwarf lilly pilly, kangaroo paw, grevilleas, lomandras and dianellas; waterwise exotics like agaves, succulents, olives, frangipani and ornamental grasses; and salt-tolerant options for canal frontages. We avoid the thirsty stuff that dies the first February.
