Quotes
Quotes are free, itemised and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. They are based on the site conditions visible at the time of inspection; unforeseen conditions (rock, buried services, contaminated fill, water table) may require a variation, which we'll agree with you before proceeding.
Approvals
Where retaining walls, fill or other works require engineering, building permits or planning approval, these are itemised separately. Work requiring approval does not start until approval is granted.
Payment
A deposit is payable on acceptance to secure materials and a start date, with progress payments on larger jobs and the balance on completion. Terms are stated on each quote.
Plants, lawn and materials
Natural materials such as limestone, turf and plants vary in colour and texture. New lawn and plants require watering and care as per the handover sheet; we cannot warrant living materials that are not watered or maintained as advised.
Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. If something settles, leaks or needs adjusting as a result of our work, contact us and we'll come back and put it right.
